Prior to starting her consulting business in 2019, Kismet served as vice president of education for a large association management firm leading a team of talented education professionals to manage a large portfolio of client education and credentialing programs. The work focused on the development and improvement of educational offerings to increase non-dues revenue, sourcing technology platforms, applying for and maintaining various accreditation approvals including Continuing Medical Education via the ACCME, and education strategy development/implementation. 

As President of Kismet Association Consulting, she has served as a senior-level strategy consultant for prominent organizations like United Cerebral Palsy and the National Board of Echocardiography. Her expertise includes crafting comprehensive strategic plans, facilitating vendor selection, and conducting feasibility studies to ensure the practicality of proposed ventures.

With a strong track record in enhancing operational efficiency, cost control, and resource management, Kerim is adept at developing comprehensive strategies for personnel and project management, ensuring successful implementation.

Kerim has played a crucial part in managing personnel and assisting the interim executive director during a period of increased customer service demand. This involved overseeing thousands of international board exam takers and collaborating on crafting Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation. Additionally, Kerim contributed to deploying a certification management system and managing diverse requests from executive leadership, volunteers, and membership.

Kerim excels in executing specialized scientific programs and managing strategic client projects, contracts, and educational content. He also provides support to chairs, committees, and clients, serves as a liaison for program faculty, and participates in organizational management projects.
