Over the course of my career, I’ve operated across national systems, professional societies, and credentialing organizations, often in environments without a clear roadmap. In addition to advising boards, I have served as an interim Executive Director during periods of transition, maintaining operational stability while advancing strategic priorities.

Effective governance is not just about setting direction—it is about ensuring that direction translates into meaningful progress. The most common challenge I see is not strategy, but execution. Boards often identify the right priorities, but without alignment across leadership and operations, those priorities stall. I focus on closing that gap—ensuring that governance, leadership, and execution are connected in a way that drives results.
